Bring your boat, jet ski & fishing pole & enjoy all that Lake Dunlap has to offer. A public boat ramp is located under the I-35 river bridge. This vacation home has a Boat Dock to park your boat, 100 feet of bulk head waterfront, and a spacious side yard for the kids and adults to play!
Lakeside retreat has been fully remodeled. Kitchen features granite counter top, breakfast bar, range, microwave, frig, and all the basic necessities. Dining and open Living area. 4 Bedrooms upstairs, and 2 downstairs with a media room for Movie Night and Poker Room!
Sleeps 15 people. Four Queen Beds, 1 Futon, and 1 Bunkbed.
